We have a lot of fun at First Downs for Down Syndrome. If you've been to one of our many annual events, you know we are not just saying that. However, for all of you who might of missed an event or want to know a little bit more about what we do, here is a little teaser in video form.

Gaining Ground for a Winning Cause

For 20+ seasons First Downs for Down Syndrome (FDFDS) has teamed with the Kansas City Chiefs offensive line and area sponsors to raise money for individuals in our community with Down syndrome. For each first down made, funds are raised to support individuals with Down syndrome.

The mission of First Downs for Down Syndrome is to raise money for the Down Syndrome Guild, the Down Syndrome Clinic at Children’s Mercy Hospital and other Down syndrome organizations; to raise awareness of Down syndrome and the services of Down Syndrome Clinic at Children's Mercy Hospital.
